To whom it may concern,

I am writing regarding my experience last weekend at Coldstone.

The gentleman who served us was wonderful and went out of his way to make our experience pleasant. He had a big smile on his face and seemed to be really doing a great job with all the customers who came in while we were there. I found this so positive and refreshing that I wanted to reach out to you about it. My fiancee is the ice cream lover of the couple, but this little bit of kindness and positivity really made the experience memorable for me. I wish I had gotten his name so that I could include it here. He may remember that we were joking about employees having to sing if customers requested it.

Thanks again for the great service!

Sincerely,

Movin' on Up

Citizens Bank

Bruce Van Saun
1 Citizens Plaza
Providence, RI 02903

Dear Mr. Van Saun,

I am writing regarding my recent experience with the Citizens Bank branch in Giant Eagle/Century III, in West Mifflin, PA. I typically go to Citizens to get quarters so that my fiancee and I can do laundry. On my most recent trip there, inside of one of my rolls of quarters, I found these ‘Rascals’ tokens (included.)

I do not know what Rascals is. Maybe it is awesome. But I do know I cannot do laundry with their tokens. My fiancee mentioned this to the bank teller, who laughed and offered no restitution.

Please mail $1 to ########################################. Please consider adding postage costs to this total. I am returning your Rascals tokens, so you are out no money from me.

I have been a longtime customer of Citizens Bank. I can live with the loss of $1, but I should not have to.

Sincerely,

Port Authority Buses Crowding Residential Streets in West Mifflin/Lincoln Place

Port Authority of Allegheny County

Ellen McLean, CEO
Port Authority of Allegheny County

Pittsburgh, PA 15222

Dear Ms. McLean,

Buses from the Port Authority garage on Rt 885 have been using residential streets in West Mifflin and Lincoln Place as a throughway since the Rt 885 shut down in Hays. This includes double-length buses. They are crammed the neighborhood making it very difficult to navigate. A few days ago, I passed no fewer than 8 buses within a span of 5 minutes. They make extremely wide turns taking up both lanes and hold up traffic while waiting to navigate around parked cars. Needless to say this is obnoxious and dangerous. These buses really have no place on these neighborhood streets.

Sincerely,
